About Brent

Brent Furneaux is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Information Management at Maastricht University's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. His current research interests include the processes surrounding individual and organizational decision making, the strategic management of organizational knowledge, and questions related to end of life phenomena such as the end of the information system life. He is currently pursuing research that seeks to better understand the factors that drive organizational decisions to discontinue their use of information systems. The objective of this research is to provide substantive, well-grounded guidance to managers faced with such decisions
